Silver Lake Community Association has a busy month ahead of us.
July 4th on Silver Lake
July 4th on Silver Lake. Neighbors will visit in the afternoon to sell 50/50 tickets and flares. Flares are $5 each and correct change is appreciated!
The canoe and kayak race will start from the Hoffman’s dock on West St. at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before race start. Winners receive gift cards for Silver Lake Inn Bistro & Tavern as long as there are at lease 2 kayaks and 2 canoes in competition!
The flotilla around the lake will start at Samm Graci’s cottage on the Silver Lake side of the earthen dam. Let’s decorate our floating vessels and show our Independence Day spirit!
Please remember important safety information:
Children 12 and under must wear a life preserver boating on the lake.
Be off the lake before dusk as various neighbors will have their own pyrotechnics!
Keep your garden hose at the ready.
