2023 Annual and Special Meetings

We want to thank everyone who attended, and those that could not, that provided a proxy. Everyone’s vote is important. The draft of the minutes is under the “Minutes” tab. Please read them so you can keep yourselves updated.

We welcomed a new Board member, Darrel Crimmins and said goodbye to a long standing Board member, Van Hoffman.

The BOD also had a 2/3 affirmative vote on their bylaw revisions. The bylaws passed and were approved June 3rd, 2023. Their effective date will be September 1st, 2023.
